Isabella's footstool and trample-mat

Isabella has her slave lying in front of her and places her feet in high-heels on his face.

After a little adoring and worhipping her shoes he removes them with is mouth.

Now he has her bare feet in his face and must smell the nice feet-perfume.

But this is to boring, so Isabella steps on him and begins to trample his body and mainly his face with all her weight.
